During this workshop you' ll practice yoga( yin yoga and power yoga) , meditation, Thai massage at different paces. You’ll learn to work with joy, ease, using your hands, your elbows, your feet. I' ll teach you to use your own body as the best tool for releasing tension in your partner and the result might be good for both receiver and giver.

Workshop is designed for massage therapist, for those who want to learn how to use their hands to release tension and pains, to relieve stiffness of the joints. It is also practical for those, who just enjoy the practice of yoga and massage touch.
